Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped yet.

• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at help.shopsiiri@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line or Whatsapp to +91 7995309284

• After 2 Hours: Once your order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy).

Special Orders

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as they are specially made for you.

Refund for Canceled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Additional Information

• ShopSiiri reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or violation of our terms. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
